Our people - Arthur Broadberry

As a consultant, Arthur has worked on some of the biggest projects in the UK, including Crossrail and Hinkley Point C.

He also has a wealth of experience in helping organisations improve their team dynamics and delivery performance – internally and with their clients. Arthur has taken a lead role in many behavioural assessments of suppliers and in preparing suppliers for behavioural assessments and is an accredited BS11000 facilitator. He has facilitated improved relationships between individuals, teams and organisations across projects of all sizes and types, and at all stages in their life cycle.

Arthur’s delivery is founded on Director level experience in the rail industry with a career in Civil Engineering. He has over 40 years of construction experience that includes line management of rail engineering including permanent way, signalling and electrification.

Health & Safety experience includes leadership of front line operational safety and directing behavioural & cultural change programmes.

Arthur is renowned for his easy, friendly, engaging and approachable style which enables his clients to learn new interpersonal, team and relationship skills and approaches whilst having a lot of fun at the same time!
